RF OUTBREAK GAME RULES

1. No promoting other games or websites
(Except RF OutBreak) inside RF OutBreak.
Penalty: Permanent Ban

2. No bug abuse of any kind
(Leveling bug, Trap bug, CPT bug, Ball bug, CB Aura bug, etc.)
Penalty: Warning → Cheater Medal 12 Hours → Cheater Medal 24 Hours → Permanent Ban

3. No illegal programs or third-party software
(Bots, helpers, or similar tools).
Penalty: Cheater Medal 12 Hours → Cheater Medal 24 Hours → Permanent Ban

4. No impersonating or using GameMaster names
Penalty: Warning → 3 Days Ban → Permanent Ban

5. No provoking or spreading negative behavior in-game
Penalty: 7 Days Ban → Permanent Ban

6. No racist, religious, or family-related insults
Penalty: 7 Days Ban → Permanent Ban

7. No offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar nicknames
Penalty: Nickname changed by GM → Permanent Ban

8. Guild vs Guild (GVG) is limited to once per day
Penalty: CPT -100,000 for all guild members

9. No blind spot abuse
Penalty: Warning → Cheater Medal 12 Hours → Cheater Medal 24 Hours → Permanent Ban

10. No debuffing inside Save Zone
Penalty: Warning → Cheater Medal 12 Hours → Cheater Medal 24 Hours → Permanent Ban

11. No Chaos Potion during War Time
(Especially in Crag Mine)
Penalty: Kick → 2 Hours Ban → Cheater Medal 12 Hours → Cheater Medal 24 Hours → Permanent Ban

12. No nuking inside mining areas
Penalty: CPT -200,000 → Permanent Ban

13. No selling or trading accounts
(Item trading only is allowed)
Penalty: Warning → Permanent Ban

14. No additional or modified patches (bug patches)
Penalty: Permanent Ban

15. Buying or selling council slots is not allowed, whether right or left.
Penalty: Warning → Council Slot Removed

16. War winners will be attacked by two races in the next war
Penalty: Warning → 2 Hours Ban → 7 Days Ban → Permanent Ban
